Reservations: A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Our front desk staff can help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.
Cancellations: We strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please provide 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations in less than 24 hours and "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Scheduling an appointment is an acknowlegement of these terms. We appreciate your understanding.
Restrictions: The Spa is designed for adult use, or those 16 or 17 years if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.
Contraindications to Treatment: It is advised to avoid alcohol consumption prior to a massage or body treatment. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the Spa Coordinator at time of booking and your Therapist prior to treatment.
PAYMENTS: We accept US currency, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
